Capo Sperone is a cliff found on the southern-most point of the Island of Sant’Antioco, from where it is possible to take in a breathtaking view of the small islands of Vacca and Vitellino and, further out, Toro, which are all ancient volcanoes which emerge from the water. It is possible to reach other small bays, all most evocative, from the bay or from the sea. Its waters are crystal clear and of a changing blue due to the plays of light created by the sun reflecting off the sea bed. Further splashes of colour come from the vegetation, particularly from the large areas of pink peony.
