Su Tingiosu is found in the locality of Mari Ermi, in the municipal area of Cabras. The beach has reddish-yellow sand with tiny pebbles of multicoloured quartz, stones and small rocks. Between the sea and pools, the beach is found in the vicinity of Porto Suedda, a small harbour for fishing boats and other small fishermen's boats, surrounded by huts made from the branches of the local vegetation. Going in a northerly direction , along a stretch of dirt track road of around 5 kilometres in length, past Capo Sa Sturaggia, you reach Rocca Su Cantaru, among the calcareous cliffs which offer shelter to sea birds, among which cormorants and seagulls. From here you can continue along to Punta S'Incodina, a rock cliff which opens out onto the view of the Island of Mal di Ventre.
