The beach of Scoglio Lungo is a little beach with coarse-grained sand and a pebbly bottom, situated at just a few metres from the inhabited centre from Porto Torres. It boasts a sheltered position, since it is sheltered by the quay and the cliffs of Balai. The beach is set in an artificial quay and is particularly popular with the people from Porto Torres.
