Treasures of natureThe flora of Sardinia is typically Mediterranean and is constituted by plants, to a large extent evergreen, particularly resistant to drought. Wild artichokeWidespread especially in the zone of Montiferru, the wild artichokes are locally known as "ardu leu." They are perennial grassy plants with erect branched stems that differ him from the cultivated artichokes for their smaller dimensions.
