Tasty Ovules, in Latin called "amanita caesarea" other types of ovule are "coccole" or "boleti reali". They grow in the mountains and in oak and pine forests.
PorciniPorcini
”Porcini” the porcini mushrooms grow in the forests, under trees and bushes. They can be recognised by their round brown top that covers the stalk, they are a spongy mushroom with a distinctive taste.
PrataioliPrataioli
”Prataioli” prataioli grow in pastoral fields. "Agaricus arvensis", or "psalliota cretacea", is easily recognised by its rustic characteristic wide top; it is a white and meaty flesh.
